What is Economic Law?

Economic Law is a field of study that combines theory with practical experience, equipping students with fundamental knowledge of the Vietnamese legal system, such as: Commercial Contracts, Investment Law, Financial Law, Insurance Business Law, Securities Law, Banking Law, Real Estate Business Law... and equipping them with the necessary skills to solve complex issues, receiving problems, grasping legal needs to be resolved, analyzing and synthesizing information, evaluating and solving problems...

In recent years, Economic Law has been one of the fields of great interest to learners. When studying Economic Law at Tay Do University, you will be taught by a team of highly qualified lecturers with practical experience, passing on real-world knowledge with scientific teaching methods.

Training Objectives

Training human resources primarily for domestic and foreign economic organizations. In addition, providing human resources for organizations operating in the field of judicial support (law offices, notary offices, bailiffs, ...). Throughout the training process, the University's goal is to build and train knowledge for students in a systematic, professional way, creating an environment to practice political qualities, ethics, and good health; having specialized skills in business law, while being equipped with basic knowledge and research capacity to handle legal issues arising in the economic field.

After graduation, bachelors in Economic Law from Tay Do University will become knowledgeable in business law, capable of taking on positions related to control and legal activities at enterprises of all economic sectors and state management agencies. At the same time, with certain efforts, bachelors can meet the recruitment needs of state agencies, commercial arbitration centers, units providing consulting services, judicial support, or other non-governmental organizations.
