What is Business Administration?

Business administration is the process of planning, organizing, leading – operating, and controlling the activities of an organization to achieve its set goals. This process involves making strategic decisions to optimize the use of resources, including finance, personnel, science and technology, and other resources. In addition to setting goals, developing action plans, and organizing resources to implement the plans, leadership and guidance of employees, control or performance evaluation to ensure achievement of goals are also key elements.
