1. Training Objectives

The Land Management major at Tay Do University aims to train Land Management Bachelors with political qualities, ethics, and good health; basic knowledge of economics, management, social science and humanities; firm grasp of professional knowledge and basic practical skills related to Land Management to perform professional tasks in the fields of land management, land use and management, real estate business, land technical services, etc. meeting the task requirements in the modernization and industrialization of the country and international integration.

Training land management staff who are and will be working at natural resources and environment management levels at central and local levels (Department, Division, environmental monitoring center, land registration office of provinces/cities, land registration office branches of districts/towns); state management agencies on Land, Construction and Real Estate, project management boards, banks, real estate business companies, land survey and measurement consulting companies.

2. Job Positions

Officer, specialist at state management agencies on natural resources and environment, construction, real estate (Natural Resources and Environment management at central and local levels: Ministry, Department, Division of Natural Resources and Environment; land fund development center, land registration office; survey, measurement, map and planning consulting units; cadastral officers of communes/towns, etc.)

Officer, specialist in charge of land and environment work at: Banks, Credit institutions, project management boards, real estate business companies, etc.

Consultant at companies: Surveying companies, real estate brokerage and appraisal companies; projects related to land and real estate, etc.

Researchers, lecturers at Institutes, Universities, Colleges, Vocational schools.

Can study for another undergraduate degree or continue to Master's or Doctoral level at Universities according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education & Training.
