INTRODUCTION TO LAND MANAGEMENT

The Land Management major trains engineers with the capability for state administration of land, land inspection and dispute resolution, land use planning, land and real estate valuation, cadastral mapping, and land resource management and exploitation.

In reality, Land Management is an attractive career for today's young workforce. Students can even earn attractive income through real estate work while still studying. Careers in Land Management involve direct participation in the real estate market, cadastral surveying, compensation and resettlement, land valuation, land registration, and more. This is notably a stable career path with relatively high income.

TRAINING PROGRAM

Training Duration: 4 years (150 credits)

Format: Credit-based system for maximum flexibility

Degree: Engineer of Land Management

The Land Management curriculum is designed to be integrated, balancing theory and practice. Courses are scientifically organized at a reasonable pace to encourage student interest from the very first semester.

Foundational Knowledge: Students learn through subjects like Geology, Soil Science, Surveying and Mapping, General Remote Sensing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Land Law, High-Tech Agriculture, etc.

Specialized Knowledge: Deep professional knowledge meets societal demands in land administration: cadastral surveying, applied remote sensing, land inspection and dispute resolution, land allocation and recovery, land use planning, urban and rural planning, digital mapping, real estate appraisal, IT applications in land management, land economics, etc.
