"Tay Do University and Viettel Can Tho signed a cooperation agreement"

On July 19, 2023, Tay Do University and Viettel Can Tho signed a cooperation agreement in many fields. According to the agreement that has been signed, Tay Do University along with its member and affiliated units will offer human resources that are well-suited for the fields of activity of Viettel, including information technology, electronics, telecommunications, economics, etc. In addition, the university also provides services related to training such as training skills and knowledge for Viettel employees according to specific orders.

As for Viettel Can Tho, the company will research and advise on digital transformation for Tay Do University; providing mobile connection services for research and teaching. In particular, Viettel will research, build and deploy a set of solutions for smart classrooms and smart schools; deploying the intelligent control center (IOC) system for Tay Do University.

Especially, Viettel Can Tho will be offering opportunities for lecturers and students to visit their units and branches to gain a better understanding of their operations. Additionally, they will also be accepting interns and recruiting students and alumni.

At the signing ceremony, according to Prof. Dr. Tran Cong Luan, Rector of Tay Do University, the school is not only focused on providing quality undergraduate and graduate education, but will also focus on scientific research and technology transfer, as well as information technology application center, an institution that will use digital technologies in teaching and administration, and aim to become a smart university in the near future. Therefore, Tay Do University wishes that the signed contents would be quickly deployed, so that the cooperation would be most effective and substantive.
