"Tay Do University organizes the opening ceremony for the Research Doctoral Class, Master’s Classes, and confers degrees to the new Master's graduates"

On March 31, 2024, Tay Do University solemnly held the opening ceremony for the 3B Research Master's Class, the 11B Doctoral Classes, and awarded Master's Degree to students from previous Courses.

Attending the ceremony were distinguished guests from the university, including Associate Professor Phan Van Thom, Member of the University Council and Dean of Postgraduate Department; Professor Tran Cong Luan, President; Nguyen Ngoc Minh, Party Secretary and Vice President of Tay Do University, along with other faculty leaders from departments and offices. Among the invited guests were Dr. Nguyen Minh Tien, Director of the International Economics College in Can Tho; Dr. Le Thanh Hoa, Vice President of the Political School of Can Tho City; Dr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, Department of Planning and Investment of Can Tho City; and Associate Professor Bui Van Trinh from Cuu Long University.

During the ceremony, Professor Tran Cong Luan, on behalf of the university, delivered a welcoming speech to inaugurate the doctoral classes and congratulate the 52 new Master's students who were admitted to the university. Additionally, recognition was given to the dedication and successful completion of the training program by the 68 new Master's graduates. Professor Tran Cong Luan shared, "For the new students, Tay Do University hopes that you will overcome all difficulties, make every effort, unite, cooperate, and support each other throughout your learning and research journey to complete the course on schedule." To the new Master's graduates, he said, "Today, with your Master's degree, you have achieved a significant milestone in your academic journey. You have every right to be proud of this accomplishment, and you are deserving of the expectations of your families, society, and the university. Tay Do University believes that you will utilize the scientific knowledge you have acquired, as well as your ability for independent learning and research, to successfully fulfill the tasks assigned to you. The university also believes that many of you will continue your studies and research at a higher level. Your success is not only your own joy but also the happiness of your family, the university, society, and your esteemed teachers."

During the ceremony, MS. Huynh Thanh Danh, Deputy Head of the Training Department, authorized by the University Board, announced the decision to recognize the graduation and award Master's degrees to 68 students. Additionally, Tay Do University also presented awards to the top-performing students and those with outstanding academic achievements from each intake.

The opening ceremony of the Postgraduate Classes and the Master's Degree Awarding Ceremony was a resounding success, filled with excitement, honor, and pride among the students, new Master's graduates, and the university faculty. We wish all students success in completing the Master's degree program, and with their Master's degree along with the knowledge, skills, and experiences accumulated during their studies at Tay Do University, we hope that the new Master's graduates will achieve great success in their careers.
