"CENTER FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGES- INFORMATICS AND CENTER FOR GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS - HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT"

INTRODUCTION

The center for foreign languages – informatics was established under the Decision No 59/QĐ-ĐHTĐ dated January 21nd, 2021 issued by Directors, Tay Do University.

The center for output standard - human resource development was established under the Decision No 04/QĐ-CTHĐQ-ĐHTĐ dated January 21nd, 2021 issued by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tay Do University.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offering training courses for foreign languages, informatics, soft skills and professional skills.
• Designing, managing and improving training programs, course descriptions, course books for the training programs including foreign languages, informatics and soft skills.
• Organizing and presiding over the activities consisting of proctoring, marking, proposing certificate delivery to learners completing the courses stipulated by the University.
• Designing and managing associate programs of foreign languages, informatics and skills coordinating with organizations and enterprises according to the regulations.
• Organizing service activities.
• Organizing training courses of soft skills, communication skills for individuals and units both inside and outside the University.
• Coordinating with prestigious organizations and training establishments to design training programs according to the plan of improving the quality on training foreign languages and informatics.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Together with other units of the University, the center has striven for becoming a prestigious institution providing effective training courses with good quality. As a result, the center has gained the title “excellent working unit” in eight years from the establishment.

• Defining vital missions in every period of development of the center based on the general orientation of Tay Do University.
• Ensuring the training quality and rate of progress according to the regulations of the Uni- versity and the Ministry of Education and Training.
• Ensuring explicit announcements of the issued certificates on the center's website.
• Making the center a prestigious training institution and become the first choice of learners.
