"2023 SACOMBANK POTENTIAL INTERNS PROGRAM AT TAY DO UNIVERSITY"

Aiming to "contribute to the overall development of the community and society" and to create the most equitable and favorable conditions for students from the economics sector of Tay Do University to be trained and gain experience in a real work environment, Sacombank, in collaboration with Tay Do University, successfully organized the Sacombank Potential Interns Program 2023 on December 8, 2022.

The event was attended by representatives from the leadership of Sacombank, university administrators, and over 200 students from the university's economics sector.

This is one of the annual activities aimed at helping students access employment opportunities and find candidates suitable for various job positions across Sacombank's national branch network.

During the program, Mr. Nguyen Thien Phu, Deputy Director of Sacombank's Can Tho branch, expressed sincere thanks to the university for facilitating an environment where Sacombank could share experiences, skills, and knowledge about banking in general and Sacombank in particular. This enabled students to identify job positions that match their capabilities.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Phuc, the personnel in charge of recruitment for the Southwest region, shared alarming realities of the current labor market in the banking sector, highlighting the unique aspects of Sacombank within the overall Vietnamese banking system. He extensively informed the students about Sacombank's welfare policies and described each recruitment position in the program. Additionally, he addressed all student inquiries about the 2023 potential intern program, opportunities to become permanent employees, career advancement paths, and insights about the profession from employees who have emerged from the program in previous years.

The application reception and preliminary knowledge assessment took place at the end of the recruitment fair, with hundreds of applications submitted. The organizing committee selected outstanding candidates to advance to the interview round with the management and human resources department of the Can Tho branch in the following stage.
