INTRODUCTION

Continuing Training Department was established under the Decision No 23/2009/QĐ-CTHĐQT dated July 2nd, 2009 issued by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tay Do University

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Continuing Training Department serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors and the Rector Board to perform the following tasks:

  • Expand the scale of careers, associate and offer part-time programs and courses, inter-college program, second-degree education, distance training and short-term refresher courses.
  • Act as a clue to coordinate with specialized faculties, functional departments, affiliated establishments in implementing the direct direction of the University's leaders on making plans for enrollment, entrance exam for continuing education, second-degree education, and inter-college program.
  • Set up plans for teaching and graduation of continuing education courses, ensuring progress, teaching and learning plans, and final exams, checking facilities to ensure teaching and learning conditions, training quality, commendation and discipline.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors and the Principal.

ORANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND ACHIEVEMENT

 

Gained achievement:

  • 2010-2015: gained advanced laboring group title.
  • 2016: gained excellent laboring group title.
  • 2017- 2020: gained advanced laboring group title.

DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION

  • Continue expanding the scope of the profession to meet the needs of society.
  • Add more affiliated establishments for the enrollment of students in the part-time programs and courses, inter-college program, second-degree education, distance training and short-term refresher courses.
  • Invite experts and lecturers with high expertise and extensive experience
  • Regularly review the content, training programs of short-term refresher courses to promptly update new knowledge, make adjustments, supplement and improve modernity to meet the needs of high-quality human resources of the society.
  • Coordinate with the Admission Advisory Board to provide direct career guidance to middle schools and college to ensure enrollment quota.
  • Organize regular refresher training programs for staff to improve professionalism and responsibility for implementing duties.
