INTRODUCTION

The Department of Administration is one of the first three units established in 2006 to assist the Board of Directors, the Rectorate Board in gradually building the operational apparatus of the University.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

   

 Advising the Board of Directors on the following matters:

  • Organizational and personal issues, security work;
  • General administrative affairs, document storage and protection of internal secrets;
  • Emulation, commendation and discipline issues;
  • Safety assurance for the persons and facilities in the campus;
  • Responsibility for basic construction, land use planning for the school;
  • Management of the driving team for the school’s activities;
  • Other responsibilities.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND ACHIEVEMENTS

 

The administrative organization is a very important activity, positively contributing to the development of the school and has gained many remarkable achievements.

2007-2013: Titled as a Fair Unit

2014-2023: Titled as an Excellent Unit

DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION

  • Become one of the creative, dynamic, highly effective units, typical of working culture and best meet the requirements related to the functions and duties of the Department.
  • Develop a strategy for staff development in each new medium and long term period of the school.
  • Revise and supplement policies to support training and attracting the talents.
  • Change the structure of lecturers, increasing the proportion of professors, vice- professors, doctors and masters, reducing the number of lecturers with only university degrees.
  • Invest in construction of official-duty houses for remote officials and lecturers.
