 INTRODUCTION

The Department of Facility Management was established following Decision No. 03/QĐ-ĐHTĐ on January 15th, 2009. Over the years, the Department of Facility Management has consistently fulfilled its responsibilities and assigned plans excellently. Additionally, it has contributed significantly to the development of the school.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

To act as a counselor for the Board of Directors, the Administrator has conducted the following assignments:

  • Creating and conducting plans: building, adding, and correcting projects and infrastructure to serve for managing and scientific research work, teaching and learning, and other school activities.
  • Managing infrastructure, property, equipment, tools, stationery, and working facilities supporting teaching and learning; ensuring electricity and water for school agencies.
  • Organizing annual inventory and unannounced inventory when requested.
  • Conducting missions following the assignments of the Board of Directors and Administrator.

  • Creating the reputation of the Department based on the ability to complete responsibilities and the efficiency of assigned work and missions. Becoming one of the most creative, dynamic, and highly effective operating agencies. Being a typical workplace with a strong work culture and meeting the requirements related to the functions and responsibilities of the Department.
  • Developing and educating staff to ensure an adequate quantity with good morality, high professional qualifications, innovation, dynamism, and creativity, capable of meeting new requirements in management, training, scientific research, technology transfer, and providing technical services to society.
  • Having modern infrastructure and equipment, with 100% of classrooms meeting required standards for teaching and scientific research following the development and planning requirements of the school. Investing in building accommodation for remote officials and lecturers.
