Faculty of Law - Tay Do University is established under Decision No. 77/QĐ-CTHDQT-ĐHTD dated August 02, 2023, on the basis of the Department of Law

FUNCTIONS AND MISSIONS

• Implement training programs for Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law
• Undertake lectures on Jurisprudence in other training programs of the University.
• Organize career practice for students.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Rectorate Board

Teaching staff & Administrative specialist

The Teaching Staff includes both full-time lecturers with master’s degree or higher and visiting professors who have practical and teaching experiences, enthusiasm and pedagogical ability. Since its establishment in 2014, There were ten courses with the number of 1000 students graduated. They work for Justice, Court, Procuracy, Judgment Execution; State management; Political, social and professional organizations; or work in offices such as Law, Notary Public, Repayment, Valuation, Auction Offices; and work as Legal and administrative specialists in companies, State economic groups, FDI sector, private economy ...

DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION

Adjusting the Strategy towards the Strategy reflects (i) the Vision, Mission and Culture of the University as well as the Goals. Strategies in Training, Scientific Research and Community Service, (ii) Creative Innovative Orientation and (iii) building Smart University to adapt to the requirements of Industry 4.0.)

In the past year of 2021, the self-assessment of the official training program in Economic Law has obtained certification meeting the National Quality Standards and started recruiting for the Master of Economic Law program.
