"DEPARTMENT OF ADMISSION AND COMMUNICATION"

INTRODUCTION

The department is a unit of Tay Do University, operating under the direction of the Board of Directors, Board of Rectors  and the direct guidance of the Vice Principal responsible for enrollment assigned by the University’s Board of Directors.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The department counsels and assists the Board of Directors and Board of Rectors in the following tasks:

• Creating effective enrollment strategies.
• Planning admissions and coordinating with other units to carry out the annual enrollment consultancy.
• Counseling and assisting the Board of Directors and Board of Rectors in promoting the image and brand of Tay Do University.
• Organizing the implementation of the communications work on the enrollment consultancy, and the University's image promotion.
• Being in charge of information content, news, images and clips on the Admissions Website and the University's social networking sites such as Facebook, Zalo, Youtube ...
• Organizing admissions events with activities inside and outside the University.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND ACHIEVEMENTS

• The structure of the Admissions and Communications Department includes: 01 Head of Department, 01 Deputy Head of Department and 06 specialists.
• Admissions and Communications are greatly important activities, positively contributing to the development of the University and proud achievements.
• 2016 – 2017: Title of advanced labor collective.
• 2017 – 2022: Title of outstanding labor collective.
• 2022 – 2023: Title of advanced labor collective.

DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION

• Becoming one of the creative, dynamic and effective operating units in promoting the University's image and brand.
• Creating effective enrollment strategies, meeting the goals set by the Board of Directors and Board of Rectors.
• Promoting the signing of agreements between Tay Do University and high schools in the Mekong Delta area.
• Restructuring the expertise, improving the qualifications to master’s and doctoral degrees.
