INTRODUCTION

Tay Do University determines that good performance of examinations is a regular and important task,  contributing to improving the reputation and training quality of the school

The Testing center was established under Decision No. 80 / QD-CTHDQT-DHTD on August 28, 2019 by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tay Do University. Formerly the Center for Testing and Educational Quality Accreditation was established under the Decision No. 08 / QD-DHTD issued on January 9, 2009 by the Rector of Tay Do University. By 2013, the Center for Testing and Quality Assurance of Education officially changed its name to the Center for Testing and Assurance of Educational Quality under the Decision No. 37 / QD-DHTD dated April 17, 2013 by the School Principal. Tay Do University.

The Testing Center has the functions and tasks of designing, building, and developing testing tool sets and test question banks. Additionally, it coordinates the organization of competency assessment tests for staff serving recruitment, enrollment, and evaluation of training results according to the plan and direction of the School Board. The center is also responsible for managing transcripts and diplomas of the University."

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND ACHIEVEMENTS

DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION

• Build and perfect the system of regulations and testing processes, including exam preparation, printing of exam questions, and exam organization.
• Deploy the process of making exam questions, assessing the quality of exam questions, copying exam papers for capacity assessment, entrance examination, and certification examination effectively.
• Continue to build, develop, expand, and utilize the general exam bank for basic modules (or some specialties) according to specific processes and regulations.
• Gradually transition to marking examinations with a scanner or conducting examinations and marking them on the computer.
• Strictly implement the management of school diplomas and certificates according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
